The Transportation and Storage of PE Mine Pipe

When the pipe is transported, you should try to avoid severe impact and throwing. The buried PE leakage pipe is strictly prohibited from dragging and scratching by sharp and hard objects, as well as oil and chemical pollution. PE mining pipes should be stored as far away as possible from heat sources and oil and chemical contaminated areas. The ground should be flat and well ventilated in a warehouse. If stacked outdoors, there should be coverings. The pipes should be stacked neatly horizontally, and the stacking height should not be highthan 1.5m.

The Use And Maintenance of PE Mining Pipes

The flange connection of PE mine pipe flange is made of anti-static and flame-retardant PE material. The flange root and the pipe body are directly butt welded together. The flange root is equipped with a loose metal flange, and the pipe is directly flanged and flared. Form the flange root, and then fit the loose metal flange.

The connection method is the same as that of ordinary pipelines, the flange and the flange can be connected with bolts, and the self-sealing does not need to add a gasket.

Chemical cleaning of PE mining pipes is to use chemical agents to temporarily transform the pipes, and use temporary pipes and circulating pump stations to carry out cyclic chemical cleaning from both ends of the pipes.
