How to Clean The PE Pipe?
1. Chemical Cleaning

The advantage of chemical cleaning is that it is flexible, there is no requirements for the shape of the pipes and the cleaning is thorough.
2. High Pressure Water Jet Cleaning
The high-pressure water spray cleaning method refers to spray cleaning the dirt on the inner surface of the pipe with a high-pressure water flow of 50mpa. The limitation of this method is that the pipe to be cleaned must be a short-distance pipe, because the longer the distance, the smaller the spray intensity of the water stream. As a result, the desired cleaning effect will not be achieved. And the diameter of the pipe must be more than 50cm because the use of high-strength water pressure for the pipe with too small diameter will not achieve the cleaning effect.
3. Ultrasonic Cleaning Method
As the name suggest, ultrasonic cleaning is to use ultrasound to clean PE pipes. This method is also widely used now. The advantage is that it is convenient, quick and highly automated, cleans more thoroughly, reduces environmental pollution and can continue to work.
4. Pipe Cleaner Cleaning
The cleaning of the pipe cleaner mainly relies on the driving force generated by the pump to push the fluid to drive the pipe cleaner, thereby pushing out the dirt in the pipeline to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
